The Asus Taichi is a nice design IMO but it comes off a little like a concept or of proof concept design rather then a retail product. Clamshells with moderate-size secondary displays between the keyboard and the screen, independent of the touchpad. Full twin-screen designs like Intel's Twin River prototype, pictured below that have full screens top and bottom, and may work with a supplemental physical keyboard that connects wirelessly, for those times you need to type on real keys. All of this hinges no pun intended on operating system-level support for making the most of these multiple screens: Relegating these secondary displays to purely app-driven sidelines or Asus TAICHI 21 Intel Chipset them rely on the conventional Windows 10 secondary-display functionality isn't going to get these designs to the next level.

The prototypes we saw worked around the limitations of Windows as best they could, for now. Haswell could make products like this into highly dynamic and Asus TAICHI 21 Intel Chipset devices that span consumer and business use. I was sure the TAICHI would be a shoo-in for the convertible section, what with its innovative design and sterling spec sheet. Something that is more important than the design and physical appearance, is of course the functionality of the laptop. As already mentioned this hybrid notebook has two displays.
Thanks to the high-resolution, image display is rich and clear and pixels are not visible. Dual-Screen mode is also ideal for presentations and the supplied Screen Share app lets the presenter see the script on one screen while the audience views slides on the other.
